The consultancy specialises in research, strategy, experience design, and digital change. As a Boutique management consultancy, have the close collaboration with renowned companies across diverse industries to unlock their true potential and foster meaningful connections with their customers.

As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a crucial role in steering brand recognition and fuelling revenue growth. You’ll be responsible for coordinating marketing campaigns across various digital and print platforms, crafting compelling content, and spearheading international communications. Moreover, you’ll oversee both internal and external events and conferences, ensuring seamless and impactful experiences for all participants.

Key Responsibilities:

- Launch paid and organic search results while continuously optimising strategies
- Update and manage website and LinkedIn page to reflect evolving brand image
- Maintain and optimise CRM system to facilitate efficient customer relationship management
- Develop and optimise engaging EDM campaigns that captivate target audience
- Design and update digital content, including white papers, presentations, and brochures
- Provide support for physical and print marketing initiatives
- Prepare key presentations and reports showcasing achievements and strategies
- Cultivate relationships with external agencies and suppliers for marketing and business development ventures
- Strategise and attend physical events, ensuring flawless execution and meaningful interactions

Qualifications and Skills:

- Hold a relevant tertiary qualification, highlighting your commitment to excellence
- Exhibit a genuine passion for all things digital, with hands-on experience in social media management, executing digital campaigns, SEM, and SEO
- Possess outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, enabling you to adeptly manage multiple activities simultaneously to consistently high standards
- Demonstrate an eye for visual design and unwavering attention to detail, ensuring the consistent and impactful representation of our brand’s visual identity
- Show an enthusiasm for crafting customer-centric experiences that delight end-users and effectively address business challenges
- Embrace a ‘can do’ attitude and an exploratory mindset with a ‘what if’ approach, bringing creativity, resourcefulness, and a positive outlook to every endeavour
