- Location Parramatta CBD with access to hybrid work arrangements
- Full-time for up to 24 months (35 hours per week)
- Salary from $139,787 to $161,663 pa. + Superannuation and annual leave loading

**Your role**

**What you'll do**
- Vendor Management: Lead business and ICT procurement partners to define and manage commercial contracts and service level agreements, ensuring delivery of services that meet business requirements.
- Risk Management: Evaluate and manage risk assessments within defined functional or technical areas, implementing consistent processes to identify potential risk events and mitigate non-compliance areas.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor and manage expenditure, ensuring relevant cost and revenue targets are met by examining areas where financial outcomes deviate from expectations.
- Service Transition: Collaborate with Solution Design and Project Managers to ensure compliance with service transition quality plans and processes, safeguarding our technology platforms and aligning with the Information Security Management System (ISMS).
- Continuous Improvement: Maintain a broad knowledge of the commercial IT environment, utilising Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor and challenge both internal staff and supplier performance, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Team Management: Lead and drive team management, work planning, coaching, and professional development initiatives to deliver priorities effectively.

**What we're looking for**
- Sound knowledge of the ITIL Service Lifecycle model, including Service Design and Operational Support
- Proven experience in IT product management or related roles
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation.
- Solid grasp of risk assessment and financial management principles
- This role may require participation in an on-call and/or after-hours work roster to ensure service continuity to clients or maintenance activities outside regular business hours
- A valid driver's license may be required to travel to and from the client sites as required
