With the directors and senior advisers operating at capacity they are also experiencing a spike in new client inflow and referrals from the business partners.

The business has been structured to ensure the advisers can focus on their business and looking after their clients.

**About You**

To be considered you have five years experience and proven success in a similar role providing investment and wealth management advise to retail private client and businesses.

You will need to love what you do with a personal interest and experience and knowledge across the broader capital markets, trading exchanges, financial services, and global markets. Proven product and technical and technical skills across trading direct equites, options, fixed income, etc. diversified investments, portfolio management, self managed super, tax and HNW clients.

You will need to meet all regulatory requirements to practice as a financial planer and investment adviser. Hold a current 'AR' as an authorised financial investment adviser sitting on the Adviser Register able to provide fee based investment and holistic financial planning advice to retail clients. Passed all mandatory FASEA exams and meeting ASIC education standards completed a finance related degree or masters.

For experienced and proven advisers and planners who are well connected we can discuss a generous commission and uncapped share of revenue paid monthly.

Following a honeymoon period there will be the opportunity to transition being offered shareholding in the business with seniority, profit share and dividends.

**Salary**: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
