This is agency is a dominant force in the South West region, focusing on the areas of Narellan, Campbelltown & Ingleburn.

**The Role**:
Ideally, you will work 4-5 days with a Saturday with open homes when required (wont be every saturday).
- Liaising with tenants (senior deals with landlords)
- Conduct periodic inspections
- Open Homes
- Organise repairs & maintenance
- Carry out regular rent and lease reviews
- 1+ years of Property Management experience (preferred but not essential)
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Real Estate License or Certificate, own car & driver’s license
- A strong team player
