**Responsibilities**
- Help the HR team find the best talent in the market and support employees throughout their journey.
- Get involved in every step of the employee journey - from onboarding to performance reviews.
- Help create an innovative and dynamic workplace culture by preparing contracts and letters of offer.
- Assisting with various other HR-related tasks and projects as they arise.

**Team**

You will be reporting to a HR leader that will be grooming you to take their role in the near future. The team is all about positivity, close-knit networks, and a supportive vibe.

**Experience**

Ideally you will have at least 1-2 years of professional experience in a related HR field, such as recruitment. You'll need to be adaptable, resourceful, and able to engage effectively with a range of stakeholders. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must, as is a passion for HR and a results-driven mindset.

$90k + super
