About The Role:
Key responsibilities and tasks consist of, but are not limited to:
- Managing the flow of information and actions between all stakeholders.
- Working with internal teams to manage new project transition and mobilisation.
- Developing, reviewing and implementing programs, projects and services as well as any variations.
- Manage the delivery of services to clients for their events including volunteers and staff management.
- Responding to client and business inquiries concerning services provided and organising the requirements and equipment needed for delivery of services on the worksites.
- Meeting with clients to discuss their needs and preparing operation plans, safety documents, task lists and relating documents to meet these needs.
- Preparing reports on program and project outcomes for senior management.
- Arranging and coordinating services across a range of clients, such as facilities, catering, signage, displays, audio visual equipment, rostering and rewards programs.
- Working with the HR and scheduling team to organise recruitment, onboarding and rostering of paid and volunteer staff. Ensure onsite staff are accurately informed, trained, resourced and safe.
- Managing the type and cost of services to be provided within budget.
- Overseeing work performed by contractors, events team, collecting and reporting on data and program delivery to the business and client.
- At least 2 years of previous experience in project coordination.
- Strong knowledge of the meetings and events industry, with a focus on driving revenue growth and delivering events to a budget.
- High level proficiency in MS Office suite.
- A warm, friendly, professional manner towards all clients and staff.
- Problem solving skills and innovative thinking.
- Strong time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- The ability to multi-task and work closely with other service providers
- (Desirable) experience in training and managing volunteers.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
