**Overview**

We require an appropriately experienced Individual Disability Support worker for an immediate start in the Parramatta surrounds for approximately 6 hours per week (some flexibility and future additional hours). The role will start as casual with potential to lead to permanent.

Support worker must have a fully insured car to be considered for the role.

**Agile Care** is a registered NDIS Provider supporting disabled participants with daily living care services of various physical and intellectual disabilities. **Your Role **is to provide assistance to participants in all aspects of daily living including meals, personal care and meaningful engagement within home and community engagement. It is expected the role is to proactively engage the participants to discover opportunities and build their abilities that will empower them to take control of the life they choose.

- Must have a working mobile phone with access to internet data
- Must have a drivers licence and reliable car and comprehensive car insurance
- Relevant Qualifications and/or experience in similar role are highly desirable but will consider those with experience in the community service, age care or youth work sectors.

**Requirements**:

- Cover Letter & Resume
- Certificate 3 in Individual Support (Desirable)
- Current Certificate for First Aid (HLTAID003)
- A copy of your Working with Children Check (WWCC) (Employer)
- A current Australian driver’s licence and car
- National Criminal Record Check no more than 3 months old
- Evidence of eligibility to work within Australia (Australian Passport/Australian Birth Certificate/ Australian Citizenship Certificate or International Passport & Visa)
- Professional References - minimum of 3

We will observe all restrictions and conditions as issued by the NSW government relating to the control of COVID-19.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 6 per week
