**About The Role**

In our Ramsay New Farm Clinic, we provide a **variety of nutritious meals to patients and staff** in our dining room. As a crucial part of the team, your responsibilities in this role include:

- Preparation of high quality, nutritious cold larder sandwiches, salads and desserts for private hospital patients and doctors
- Ensuring food hygiene, maintaining a clean working area and adhering to safety practices
- Collaborating with the broader team and offering assistance as required
- Stock management

**Availability to work across a 7-day roster, encompassing morning and afternoon shifts is essential.**

**Your Skills and Experiences**

We are actively looking for an individual with a strong work ethic and the ability to maintain composure in high pressure situations.
- Punctuality, reliability and a dedication to providing genuine, friendly customer service are essential attributes.

**Key requirements**:

- Previous experience in a prep kitchen or hospital setting is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene principles
- Excellent interpersonal skills, emphasizing a strong customer focus.
- Adherence to HACCP, Food safety and Workplace Health and Safety standards
- Desirable: Certificate II or III in Hospitality

**Remuneration**: On offer is a base hourly rate ranging from $24.53 + casual loading + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances

Ramsay Clinic New Farm is a dedicated mental health care facility in Brisbane and a leader in the provision of private mental health care in Australia. We offer a comprehensive range of inpatient and day and community programs that specialise in the treatment of general mental health, mood disorders, anxiety, depression, personality disorders and trauma. We also offer dedicated eating disorder and alcohol and prescription drug treatment programs.
