Showroom Host

Casual position - Sunday, Wednesday evening and every second Saturday

**What's on offer?**:
The Showroom Host (SH) is responsible for supporting our Sales & Interior Design teams by providing customer walkthroughs of the Geelong Showroom.

Appointments are in group format (approx. 10ppl), 1.5hrs in length, with general information and some guide pricing available for customers.

The Showroom Host is required to demonstrate a thorough understanding of products in the Showroom, with the ability to educate customers and translate technical information. Appropriate training will be provided.

Walkthroughs will be required on a Sunday, Wednesday evening & every second Saturday, with the Showroom Host required to work one half day per week, which will include any training sessions with the wider Interior Design team.

It is vital in this role to effectively communicate in order to deliver the requirements of the customer and the business.
- Customer service experience essential
- Retail / Sales desired but not essential
- Cert IV or higher in Interior Design - no experience necessary but advantageous
