- As a key member of our team, you'll be dedicated to exceeding guest expectations, providing exceptional and professional service at all times.
- Showcase your expertise in Food and Beverage menus, enhancing guest experiences.
- Handle mise en place, set-ups, cleaning, and packed down tasks, ensuring a well-organized service environment.
- Collaborate with management on stock ordering to maintain smooth operations.
- Be the go-to person for menu knowledge, delivering high-quality products in line with our brand standards.
- Uphold impeccable cleanliness and tidiness in service areas, maintaining our service standards throughout operations
- Present professionally and punctually according to the grooming guidelines.
- Embrace flexibility, working various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Hold a current and valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.

- Hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
- Prove your ability to multitask, handle pressure, and think on your feet.
- Own transportation is preferred due to our property's location.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $30.10 - $36.12 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 35 per week

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
