Job Summary

**Job Description**:
Telstra Business Technology Centre (TBTC) provides Communications and ICT solutions to small and medium Telstra business customers. TBTC Queensland North is part of a fully branded Telstra channel designed to provide professional services to support business customers integrate tailored tech solutions. That means less time troubleshooting tech, and more time taking care of business.

Due to continued growth, we are looking to add a Sales Lead to our TBTC family. We are looking for a motivated and ambitious sales leader with a passion for technology to join our high performing team. We want to hear from individuals who can manage high performing sales teams, whilst executing on our customer excellence promises.

The Sales Lead will champion the sales team and play a key leadership role in coaching, developing, planning, reporting and onboarding new staff. Reporting into the Centre lead this role is pivotal to the success of TBTC Queensland North.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Cross business stakeholder management- Sales capability & knowledge development- Sales operating rhythm implementation- Go to Market execution- Customer excellence- Communication & Sales Reporting- Recruiting and onboarding new staff- Coaching (in centre and in field) & Performance Management- Managing sales targets and KPIs

We are looking for the following skills and experience:
- Strong business acumen and leadership skills- Enthusiastic and passionate about team engagement- Strong attention to detail with excellent time management and prioritisation skills- Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills- Experience managing sales teams- Objection handling and complaints management skills- Passion for learning and using new technologies- Recruitment and performance management experience
