We are a small animal hospital that currently offers a full range of medical and surgical services, a free wildlife service and cat boarding. We are making necessary changes to our practice, which will include new equipment and a refurbishment for a fresh, new look.

**The opportunity**

We are currently seeking a veterinary receptionist to join our wonderful team in Croydon Park on a casual basis Our receptionist is the first point of contact for all our valued clients, so providing a high-quality client experience in person and over the phone is of the utmost importance to us. This is a fantastic opportunity that will allow you to gain experience in a fast-paced yet rewarding atmosphere with a remarkable team.
- Previous experience working in customer facing positions within the animal industry.
- Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing will be highly regarded, but not mandatory.
- Someone that has exceptional communication skills to build relationships with our clients.
- An empathetic, caring person that always advocates for their patients.
- An eye for detail, a good work ethic and a willingness to keep learning and improving both themselves and the practice.
- The ability to manage a busy appointment schedule.
