**About the role**
Redcape Hotel Group is seeking a committed & passionate hospitality professional to join their Gaming Leadership Team at Eden Brewhouse. You will assist the Gaming Manager to successfully run the business' gaming related operations in a hands-on role that includes FOH and BOH duties.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
The purpose of this role is to support the Gaming Manager & Venue Manager with the day-to-day gaming related business operations. The key responsibilities for this role will include:
- Leading a a team of gaming staff, as we strive to offer outstanding customer experiences.
- Ensuring we maintain exceptional venue standards in relation to cleanliness and presentation.
- Creating and nurturing a positive work environment so that all team members can thrive.
- Executing a variety of different rostered shifts that can include evenings, weekend and early morning finishes (as early as 4:30am)

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
