Our client is a well-established advertising agency with years of expertise in their field, Australia wide. They have continued to experience significant growth, national expansions and positive success. With team fit and culture a priority, the business is seeking a dynamic and motivated Accounts Receivable Officer to join their team on a 6-month contract basis, and cement strong relationships to facilitate company growth and success.

**Position Description**

Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Manager and working within a small team, you will be responsible for:

- Manage a debtors ledger of national accounts
- Reconciling accounts
- Allocating/receipting payments
- Collections
- Billing/invoicing customers
- Monitoring and processing credit limits and claims
- Handling telephone customer account queries - internal/external
- Completing relevant end of month processes
- Ad hoc tasks as required assigned by your Manager

The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar Accounts Receivable / Credit Officer role, as well as the following attributes:

- Personable nature and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail with an ability to prioritise own work
- A positive up beat nature and excellent time management skills
- Desire to thrive in a fast-paced environment ensuring high quality work
- Experience with SAP system beneficial
