About the Role

ServiceStream’s Telecommunication division are currently seeking a full time Field Supervisor on a permanent full-time contract to join our team based in Maroochydore, QLD. Reporting directly to the Area Manager, you will help assist with providing specialised trade, services or installation works to ensure the smooth running of operations

Nature of position: Permanent, Full Time

Location: Maroochydore, QLD

Reporting Line: Area Manager

About the Role:

- Appling intermediate knowledge in a specialist stream (job category) and advanced knowledge of several operational practices, to issues of differing complexity (routine to varied), where problem-solving can be required on difficult problems. Exercises independent judgement within defined practices and procedures. May instruct or coach others, direct projects or assignments.
- Provide specialist technical skills. May provide expert/technical input on applicable compliance requirements, investigating and proactively recommending improvements to ensure delivery in accordance with relevant standards and within agreed timeframe and budgetary parameters. Maintains current knowledge and keeps abreast of current and emerging developments, trends and applicable current legislative requirements affecting all aspects of construction. Recommend changes to specialised services processes to facilitate continuous improvement and ensure the best approach to projects;

About you
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in a technical related discipline (or equivalent skills and knowledge) combined with a demonstrable intermediate level of role knowledge.
- Will have site and operational experience and knowledge of technical practices, and/or knowledge of general services delivery and principles.
- Will have specialised technical skills, competent in principles, guidelines and developments, including laws and regulations.
- Competencies include; Problem Solving and Analytical Thinking, Technology and Process, Verbal Communication, Written Communication, Planning and Organising
