**About the company**

This growing healthcare organisation, based in the inner city suburbs, are looking for someone to classify their roles using the Mercer Job Evaluation Framework.

You will be reporting directly into the HR Manager & working in a collaborative HR team.

They offer flexible hybrid working & will have a split between working in the office & from home. Ideally the role is full-time but part-time hours could also be considered. Initially the position is contracted until the end of June due to workload but the contract could be extended further because the HR team have many projects coming up.

**Your key responsibilities include**:

- Remuneration & Job Evaluation
- Review & evaluate job descriptions in line with the Mercer framework
- Act as expert in position management - plan, develop and implement consistent position frameworks
- Data auditing, reporting & analysis
- Stakeholder management

**You will have the following**:

- Prior renumeration and evaluation experience required
- Experience with job evaluation methodologies, specifically the Mercer framework
- HR project delivery
- Excellent stakeholder engagement
- Ability to manage a multitude of deadlines and differing priorities
