The role:

- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint/query
- Providing information about products, services & pricing
- Timely and accurate response to customer enquiries Responsibilities of the role:

- Entering data from daily run sheets
- General administrative duties
- Entering information in CRM
- To be successful in this role you will have:
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Very good data entry skills and attention to detail
- Effective and thorough organisational skills
- Able to work from Monday to Friday

SAP/Salesforce exp beneficial
