**About the Role**

The Administration Officer (Accounts) provides professional, efficient and effective management of school fee accounts under the supervision of the Finance Manager. This position is two days per week.

**Essential Criteria**

The Successful Applicant will demonstrate:

- A commitment to uphold the Catholic ethos and willingness to support the Catholic traditions of the Holy Spirit Catholic School community;
- Well developed communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to effectively manage challenging conversations;
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite;
- Ability to learn school based software packages;
- Experience with computerised financial packages would be an advantage.
