**Your future in food starts here | Account Receivable Officer**

An opportunity exists for an Accounts Receivable Officer to join our Finance team at Kilcoy Global Foods. This role is based in our dynamic Corporate Office located on the Sunshine Coast.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- End to end Accounts Receivable function
- Follow up of overdue accounts
- Account opening which includes but not limited to credit assessment and other checks
- Reconciliation of accounts to ensure that all payments are accounted for
- Perform bank reconciliations daily
- Maintain debtors ledger
- Preparation and distribution of Domestic customer invoices
- Process invoices and receipts of staff sales
- Process credit notes
- Prepare and distribute debtors and credit limit reports
- Support the Shared Services function as required, including accounts payable
- Process weekly/monthly banking transactions
- Liaise with internal departments regularly
- Assisting with month and quarterly accounts preparation
- General ad-hoc finance and administration tasks

**ABOUT YOU**:
**To succeed in this role, you’ll need to bring the following experience and skills**:

- Prior experience within Accounts receivable desirable
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX (or similar ERP system) advantageous
- An excellent phone manner and a passion for customer service
- High level communication and interpersonal skills
- An ability to successfully multi task under pressure and meet deadlines
- A high level of computer literacy in MS Office programs
- A commitment to continuous improvement individually and as a team
- Solutions focused and ability to follow through.
- A flexible, driven and motivated personality
