**About the role**
Geotechnical Drilling is a secure and technically challenging career path, where you will have the structured training to obtain you tickets and be surrounded by a team which champions safety every day.

You will gain exposure to a variety of projects across ground engineering including slope stabilization and rockfall mitigation across national parks, road upgrades, construction, and infrastructure.

In the geotechnical world no two days are the same, and safety is number one. As a team we work through the gritty challenges on site, and make sure that we enjoy what we do and have fun.

**Roster**:
2:1 & occasional Monday to Friday shifts

Transfer to similar projects on completion

**Rates**:(Plus Super, Leave, LAHFA, Travel & Accommodation costs)

$45-$65 per hour

**About you**
Your key duties as a Driller and/or Offsider with a Geotechnical industry background include experience in operating high reach drilling plant, spider excavator-based drilling plant to new tracked Hutte and C6 drill rigs.

Experience required:

- Geotechnical drill equipment
- White Card
- Working at Heights
- Geotechnical and/or Mining industry experience

Additional ideal tickets and experience:

- IRATA certification highly regarded
- Rigging
- Excavator
- Telehandler
- First Aid
