**About Us**

We are a full-service dental laboratory specialising in crown, bridge, implants and removable prosthetic solutions.

We service clinicians from all over Adelaide, Regional South Australia as well as Regional Victoria.

The applicant will join a wonderful team of dental technicians and administration staff and will receive the benefits of being part of a family-owned dental group with 17 clinics and 40+ clinicians across South Australia.

As a team, we keep the patient as central to what we do and ensure the highest level of care and service.

Based in the Adelaide CBD, the Dental Laboratory operates Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm.

**About the Position**

The role of Dental Technician (Ceramist) will be responsible for:

- Finishing of E-max and Zirconia Crowns, Inlay/Onlay, Veneers and Implants,
- Building up ceramic layers,
- Articulation and waxing-up,
- Shade takings of patients, and review of photos to determine shade,
- Working as part of a team to support the delivery of a high standard of service to Clinicians,
- Liaising with Clinicians to ensure the delivery of quality care to patients.

Starting as soon as possible the Dental Technician - Ceramist will be based in our CBD location and will report to the Laboratory Production Manager.

**About You**

We are looking for someone that is well organised with exceptional communication skills to support our existing team and enable the expansion of our output capacity.

The experience, skills, and qualifications the successful applicant will have, are:

- Ability to deliver high-quality finishing across multiple materials, including e-max, Zirconia and porcelain in a timely fashion.
- A proven track record of punctuality and reliability.
- A professional approach.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication.
- Demonstrate empathy for patients.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other team members.
