**Tasks of position**:

- Determining special promotions, stock levels and service standards
- Formulating and implementing purchasing and marketing policies, and setting prices depending on market trends, holiday periods and special events.
- Promoting and advertising the establishment's goods and services
- Maintaining records of stock levels and manage financial transactions
- Discuss business strategy with head office and undertaking budgeting for the store
- Hire staff and train employees in business standards and policies.
- Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
