- Fuse Recruitment are currently seeking experienced Maintenance Fitters to join our client’s team for ongoing work based in Mawson Lakes

Our clients are committed to producing high-quality salads and side dishes, making them fresh to order from our quality-accredited facilities across South Australia, Queensland, Western Australia, and Tasmania, and supporting local farmers by using quality, locally grown produce.

**About the role**:
As a Maintenance Fitter, you will utilize your trade and other skills to support and enhance the performance of job changes and maintenance of several independent manufacturing machines whilst ensuring safety and quality.
- Respond to breakdowns.
- Adjust to ensure the smooth operation of equipment and machinery.
- Partake in daily job changes.
- Conduct routine preventative maintenance tasks including but not limited to lubrication, inspections, testing, equipment exchange, and overhaul.
- Repair plant and ancillary equipment to standard quality requirements
- Report all items that cause machinery to perform under standard and record all machine anomalies to the engineering department
- Preventative maintenance tasks

**Qualifications/ Requirements**
- Trade Qualification - Maintenance Fitter
- Previous experience in fault-finding automated machinery
- Proven attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- A demonstrated ability to follow standardized processes and work systematically.
