We are looking for a **Turf Maintenance Worker **to join the team. You will be responsible for effectively and efficiently undertaking scheduled maintenance and construction activities associated with turf playing surfaces within Council sports fields.

**The successful applicant will have**:

- Sound literacy, communication, and interpersonal skills with the demonstrated ability to use initiative.
- Ability to work well within a team environment and to adapt to a changing environment.
- Understanding and knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety.

**Qualifications required**:

- Certificate III Horticulture and/or 2 years recent experience in turf maintenance, irrigation, and weed management.
- Medium Rigid Truck “MR” Class licence or ability to obtain on commencement of employment
- White Card
- Traffic Management Accreditation or ability to obtain on commencement of employment
- Chem Cert AQF3

**Position Hours**:Full-Time, 76 hours fortnight.

**Salary range**:$63,456.26 to $66,737.40 plus superannuation
