**About the role**

As part of our People & Culture team and reporting to the Head of Operations, the **Human Resources Business Partner - Operations** is responsible for providing support to the Business Partner team by providing efficient and accurate delivery of HR processes and programs. You will actively partner with the Head of Operations to deliver proactive, and quality people operations support to enable improved employee experience and delivery of our people strategy.

This role is currently available as our current HRBP is working on a key transformation project, so we are looking to back-fill this role until they return.

In this role, variety is the thing you will have You’ll be able to sink your teeth into things like;
- Ownership over our well-being program, including roll out of our annual wellbeing initiatives and coordination of our Workplace Health and Safety Committee
- Driving our yearly performance and remuneration review cycle
- Regular reporting, including bringing to life our monthly dashboards
- People & culture policy updating and development
- Being a mentor and coach to our HR Support Team, as well as fielding general HR queries and providing BAU support where needed

**About you**
You’ve been in a generalist operational HR role before and have worked across administration, consulting, and projects. Though ideally, you’d have some exposure to financial or professional services, you could come from other industries and will bring with you an openness to learning about our businesses and how we work.

You’re driven by a desire to enable great employee experiences through supporting efficient and accurate HR processes and programs. You take pride in being a specialist in your area, owning it and building your expertise while coaching and mentoring other members of the team.

As a people and culture practitioner, you’re known for your excellent communication, both written and verbal and you’ll lean on these skills to build relationships within our team and with other departments. You have a keen eye for detail and have an aptitude and affinity of working with data and navigating across various systems.

You won’t hesitate to roll your sleeves up and provide your colleagues with extra support when needed and will be excited by the idea of owning and driving people and culture initiatives and projects.
