**Hey You**:
We are looking for a **Learning Systems and Compliance Manager** **to join the team here at genU

The position will sit within the Culture & Capability business unit which delivers organisation-wide initiatives that empower staff and volunteers to live genU's values and reach their potential

As the **Learning Systems and Compliance Manager **you will be responsible for managing the organisation's Learning Management System and Performance & Development system, ensuring ease of access, including a positive and responsive user-experience for all genU staff.

Reporting to the GM Culture & Capability your key accountabilities will include:

- Manage genU’s Learning Management system ensuring strict adherence to data privacy and system integrity; working collaboratively with the LMS provider to maintain up-to-date process and protocols.
- Manage the LMS and Performance Development system functionality and settings providing support and assistance when required
- Continuously improve genU's compliance training matrix inclusive of divisional requirements
- Regular, accurate and timely system reporting with a focus on compliance and audit activity
- Collaborate with SME to develop, review and update training and assessment. Create and source new solutions if required

**This is a full-time ongoing, hybrid work-from-home opportunity with occasional office visits in Geelong.**

**About You**:
To be successful in this role you will have practical experience managing Performance Management related systems, you should also be able to demonstrate:

- Experience in providing pragmatic suggestions for improvement in learning activities, course design and employee experience.
- Able to manage concurrent tasks and competing priorities
- Demonstrated experience in providing high quality / accessible and accurate data reporting at Business / Divisional level
- Experienced in educating stakeholders on system features and functionality, confidently assuming the role of Subject matter expert
- Able to perform rigorous testing of enhancements and new functionalities within an LMS environment

- Current NDIS Worker Orientation Module certificate
