**About the Opportunity**

HCA's, Paramatta head office has an opportunity for an experienced and motivated individual to join the team in the position of an Accounts Payable Supervisor. As an integral part of our busy accounting team, your core responsibility will be to lead our AP team, and to be accountable for our AP function.

**Reporting to the Assistant Finance Manager your responsibilities are**:

- Oversee vendor reconciliations and payments in accordance with company policy.
- Filing of creditors statements in reconciliation files.
- Review vendor ageing and action steps for correction as required
- Prepare GL reconciliation of AP related accounts
- Managing intercompany reconciliations and updates
- Manage staff expenses and Corporate Card & adhoc requests

This position will be best suited for a personable professional who has leadership experience with a keen eye for detail and proactive in nature as you will be part of a systems upgrade project. This role will have you liaising with both internal and external stakeholders to resolve accounts inquiries in line with company policies.

**About You - To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- Safety Conscious - A strong developed awareness and commitment to personal and peer health and safety.
- Experience & Skillset - Demonstrated experience in a Senior Accounts Payable position with previous work history in a medium to a large organisation
- Qualifications - Certificate IV in Accounting or Certificate III in Accounts Administration would be beneficial but are not essential.
- Computer Literacy - Developed computing acumen using accounts data and AP automation software
- Autonomous productivity - Initiative to reconcile accounts and coordinate accounts payable efficiently and effectively.
