**Position**:
This is a full-time permanent role as the Supervisor for the Plumbing division which are installing and upgrading Hot Water Heat Pump systems mainly across Sydney.

Your responsibilities will include:

- A hybrid focus of in field and in office
- Audit jobs and ensure quality and standards are met
- Onboard new contractors and training them
- Understand all standards for Heat Pump installations
- Deal with some customer needs and queries
- Tend issues at sites that may need inspecting
- Do some installations in field a few days per week
- A mixture of on the tools some days and office based other days
- Manage queries from the team and help lead their efforts

**Experience needed**:
You must be a Licenced Plumber and have strong knowledge of the Hot Water Heat Pump space on an installation level. You will have worked in the plumbing and heat pump related markets and have the ability to ensure quality work is maintained.
- Experienced in Hot Water Heat Pump
- Licenced Plumber / Qualified (essential)
- A key understanding of compliance & standards
- Have strong understanding of good craftsmanship
- Ability to do installs and upgrades
- Relationship management skills
- Can work with staff
- Ability to train and pass on knowledge
- Problem solving skills for resolutions
