We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Payroll professional to join a dynamic and growing South Australian business. Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will work in a close-knit team to ensure the timely processing of multiple pay runs for over 5,000 staff across our organisation.

**What will you be responsible for?**
- End-to-end payroll processing of any of the weekly, fortnightly, monthly pay runs
- Completing day-to-day transactional payroll data entry, data verification and successful delivery of all aspects of payroll as directed
- Responding to employee queries and ensuring compliance with SLA
- Developing sound knowledge of Peregrine policies and procedures, industrial awards and agreements and reverent legislation
- Interpreting awards and agreements to facilitate accurate payroll delivery
- Complete complex back pays calculations and LSL reconciliations
- 3 - 5 years payroll experience, preferably in a large corporate environment
- Sound understanding of Payroll Legislation
- Ability to interpret numerous awards and agreements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills coupled with advanced Excel abilities
- Strong analytical skills with good attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement
