**UNSW offers a 1-year full time Graduate Diploma in Orientation & Mobility course that is made up of 3 components.**
- Distance online education in the form of weekly lectures that can be viewed in your own time (i.e. evenings or weekends), as well as weekly 1-hour tutorials that are delivered in real time.
- 5-week full-time intensive practicum on UNSW Kensington campus
- Up to 20 weeks of full-time work integrated learning (WIL) unpaid placement
- The course can be undertaken in 1 year full-time, or 2 years part-time.

**What is on offer from Guide Dogs NSW/ACT (GDN)?**
- Financial support towards Graduate Diploma of O&M course (scholarship)
- 2026 Graduate O&M offer within the Metro North (Northern & Western Sydney) team.

**To be eligible for the 2026 GDN O&M Graduate pathway, you must meet the following requirements**:

- You must meet the minimum entry requirement for this program. Which is an AQF level 7 bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Please refer to the UNSW website here for further information
- Willing to complete your placement within the Metro North region (North and Western Sydney) with the Guide Dogs NSW/ACT team.
