Reporting to the recently appointed Head of HSS (Health Safety and Security), in this newly created role you will lead the establishment, implementation and maintenance of an effective HSS management system, frameworks and programs that will prevent harm, minimise risks, meet compliance obligations and achieve HSS objectives.

The role focuses on the development of fit for purpose framework, tools and resources, building capability, governance and assurance, performance evaluation, and continuous improvement.

Essential to the success of the role is the engagement, collaboration and influencing of key stakeholders to understand HSS needs, develop effective strategies and solutions, and drive continuous improvement.

**About You**

You will be engaging and be able to present to, engage with and influence across all levels of an organisation in a compelling and pragmatic way.

You will have strong leadership skills with demonstrated change management experience to influence those who work with you.

You will be organised, have excellent attention to detail to ensure the development and effective implementation of the new program.
