In this role you will manage marketing requirements for a manufacturing group which is focused to increase its market share and build a brand reputation through marketing activities. You’ll be join to manage the marketing operations for two business lines, one about laser cutting and fabrication which is targeting B2B segment and another which is selling tray and canopies to B2C side of the market. These two are operating under one brand name.

**As the Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for**:
Description
- Designing marketing strategies and developing plans that support our business growth for both B2B and B2C side of the market
- Making data-driven marketing plans and campaigns by analyzing data and identifying our target market behaviour
- Designing, implementing and analyzing market research to identify the current position, market gaps and opportunities for growth
- Tracking and analyzing marketing metrics like NPS, CAC and LTV and provide reports to show trends
- Managing website contents and coordinating SEO strategy and operation
- Coordinating google ads, YouTube and meta ads to generate more leads
- Managing marketing agencies and measure their activities efficiency
- Monitoring brand activities and updating brand guidelines to be in consistent with market trends
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on branding
- Working experience in both B2B and B2C segments
- Familiarity with laser cutting and metal industry would be a plus
- At least a bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or Business
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- An ability to work independently and as part of a team, across two business lines.
- Proficiency in utilising social media and other digital tools: GA4, Goggle Tag Manager, Search Console, Mailchimp, Google ads and Meta Ads

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
