Key Responsibilities:

- Calendar Management: Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring effective time management.
- Task Prioritisation: Assist with prioritising daily tasks and setting deadlines for various projects.
- Travel Arrangements: Plan and book travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation for business trips.
- Document Preparation: Draft, edit, and organise documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
- Project Management: Support ongoing projects, track progress, and assist in meeting project deadlines.
- Meeting Support: Prepare agendas, take detailed minutes, and manage post-meeting follow-ups.
- Office Management: Oversee general office operations, including ordering supplies and maintaining a tidy workspace.
- Personal Assistance: Handle personal tasks and errands as required to support the senior level staff’s work-life balance.
- Other Duties: Carry out additional tasks as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of daily responsibilities.

**Key Selection Criteria**:

- Experience in a similar role. Background in business administration, communications, or a related field (relevant overseas experience can be considered)
- Proven experience in similar role.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software

(e.g., Google Workspace, task management tools).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
- A Victorian valid drivers licence and a reliable vehicle

**Desirable**

Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello)

ERP systems

**How to Apply**:

Pay: $24.77 - $34.29 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
