**Children Musical Theatre Teacher**

Date: Monday 14 April to Thursday 17 April 2025 (4days), Monday 7 July to Friday 11 July 2025 (5days), 14 July to Friday 18 July 2025 (5days), Monday 29 September to Friday 3 October 2025 (5days)Tuesday 7 October to Friday 10 October 2025 (4days).

Time: 9am - 3pm

Location: North Shore Sydney

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Children's Musical Theatre Program Director to lead a 5-day program for children aged 6-11. The program will culminate in the creation and performance of a scene or musical for parents to enjoy on the final day.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and organize daily rehearsals, workshops, and activities to engage and inspire young kids.
- Teach basic acting, singing, and dancing techniques, and provide guidance and support to help children develop their performance skills.
- Collaborate with other teaching staff members, to coordinate rehearsals and ensure smooth production flow.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Musical Theatre/ Performing Arts, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience working with children in a theatrical setting, such as teaching drama classes, directing productions, or leading theatre camps.
- Strong knowledge of musical theatre, including acting, singing, and dancing techniques.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $60.00 - $80.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week

- WWCC (required)
