Structural Draftsperson

We are looking for an outstanding draftsperson to join and grow with our organisation.

**About You**

You will have a flair for structural design and drafting, and a willingness to grow and learn as you implement your skills.

Essential skills:

- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings
- AutoCAD experience (be able to complete a drawing without assistance)
- Drive to implement 3D modelling into the business
- knowledge of Australian drafting standards
- Strong verbal and written skills

Desirable skills:

- Certificate IV in Engineering Drafting or similar is very desirable, but not essential
- Knowledge of AS4100 Steel structures

**About the Position**

We are looking for someone that would like to build their career as a structural draftsperson. You will be in the position to utilise your current experience to set up and document projects from concept to completion in AutoCAD. You will work closely with our managing director and our consultant engineer, which will give you a strong opportunity for skill growth and development. You will be required to take ownership for the documentation and detailing for the projects you work on.

This position is Full Time - 5 days a week at our Bethania Head Office.

Hourly rate depending on your experience and skills. Position is based in Bethania, 4205.

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
