Lead a team of outstanding educators as a HOD - Science Teacher at a leading P-12 Private school in Brisabane's inner south. Permanent, Full-time position commencing January 2024.

**The Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised **Head of Science **with the ability to engage and motivate teachers in their department. The successful applicant will have exceptional interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to build authentic, collaborative relationships. Support a network of like-minded teachers that are vibrant, positive, and committed to providing outstanding education to students.
- Provide mentoring and support to the Science Department
- Well-developed knowledge of QCAA
- Work with other Department Heads as well as being able to provide best practices in the development, delivery, and resourcing of curriculum
- Have the ability to manage their time effectively to ensure deadlines, assessments, and documentation requirements are met

Commence January 2024 for a full-time, permanent position.
