**Our client** - a reputable a well established, family owned Australian Company is seeking an experienced Accounting/Payroll Officer to assist with all aspects of Finance and Payroll duties.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Managing Accounting records
- Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Reconciliations
- General Ledger and financial data
- Assisting in preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts
- Reviewing client accounts for accuracy
- Preparation of financial documentation for company records
- Resolving account issues
- Analyse financial data to provide insights
- Ensuring compliance with financial laws and regulations
- Financial audits and tax preparation
- Payroll functions
- Assisting the HR Manager with HR duties

**Skills/Attributes required**:

- 5+ years Accounting/Payroll experience
- Previous experience using XERO
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Outlook and Excel
- High level attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to problem solve
- Skilled in analysis and budgeting
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Customer service driven
- A flexible approach
- “Can do” attitude
- Deadline orientated and able to prioritise/multi task
- Team player

Days : Monday - Friday

Hours: 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm

**Salary**: $75K + super (depending on experience)

Start: ASAP

**Salary**: $74,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
