MANAGING CONSULTANT

RESPONSIBLE TO: Director - Rania Khoury

COACHES/SUPPORTS: CGK Talent, Innovis, Samars Structural Engineers, Samaras Construction and Developments, Recruitment Consultants, newly appointed Internal team members.

FUNCTIONAL RELATIONSHIP WITH:
Internal: All Employees

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE: The Managing Consultant is set to play a significant role within the team, collaborating closely with the Manager. Their responsibilities encompass training, motivating, and overseeing a group of Recruitment Consultants in advancing client and prospect relationships to advocate and market recruitment services effectively. Demonstrating unwavering excellence, they will consistently secure new business, serving as an exemplary figure for other Consultants. Additionally, they will mentor less seasoned colleagues within their team and contribute to the training of incoming team members.

- Engage in thorough consultations with key stakeholders to discern their requirements, subsequently crafting detailed and tailored job advertisements.
- Screen applicants meticulously, conducting both phone and in
- person interviews to assess their qualifications and alignment with the position and company culture.
- Cultivate and sustain relationships with external recruitment

agencies and job boards to enhance talent acquisition strategies.
- Offer expert guidance and support to hiring managers, ensuring adherence to recruitment best practices and compliance with equal opportunity employment laws.
- Guarantee the appropriateness and compliance of all employment
- related documentation, ensuring it aligns with the organization's objectives and legal standards.

Training and Development
- Assist with developing and implementing an onboarding program to ensure that new hires have a smooth transition into their new roles with CGK Group
- Implement training programs to enhance the skills of recruitment

staff. This includes staying updated on industry trends, providing ongoing education, and ensuring that the team is equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge.
- Require new employees to complete mandatory training promptly upon commencement.

Verify training completion through a thorough review process. Ensure employees are informed and comprehend updates relevant

to their roles. Collaborate with the team to address and resolve challenges

related to work priorities and procedures.

Business Development
- Collaborating closely with the Manager to consistently pinpoint and cultivate pertinent business areas for expansion.
- Acting as the representative for CGK Talent in meetings with potential clients to secure new business opportunities.
- Proficiently grasping the Company’s terms of business and engaging in negotiations, staying within agreed-upon parameters, to establish exclusive relationships and maintain existing business.
- Overseeing the management and successful closure of intricate deals, while also supporting fellow team members in similar endeavours.
- Upholding and illustrating a commitment to the Company's values and standards.
