**Job Title**: Junior STEM Teacher (Robotics & Coding)
**Location**: Max Hacker Tech Club
**Work Hours**: Every Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Junior STEM Teacher to join our team. In this role, you will lead our Saturday classes, guiding children through hands-on projects in robotics, coding, and basic technology concepts. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, supportive environment, where you’ll help students build foundational skills in STEM and inspire a lifelong love of technology.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage engaging, hands-on STEM lessons in robotics, coding, and basic tech concepts for children aged 5-10
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of each child, ensuring an enjoyable, inclusive experience for all students
- Set up, organize, and manage classroom activities and materials to create an efficient learning environment
- Foster a positive classroom atmosphere by encouraging collaboration, creativity, and critical thinking
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and team members regarding class updates, student progress, and any class requirements

**Requirements**:

- **Passion for IT, technology, and robotics**: Strong interest and knowledge in tech fields, especially in robotics and coding
- **Experience working with children**: Previous experience in a teaching, tutoring, or mentoring role is preferred
- **Working with Children’s Check**: A valid and current Working with Children’s Check is required
- **Communication skills**: Ability to engage with and motivate young students, and to communicate effectively with parents
- **Availability**: Saturdays, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

**Job Types**: Casual, Graduate

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
