- We are seeking Maintenance Supervisor for a permanent Full-Time opportunity to join our friendly and dedicated team in Carpenter Court Aged Care Plus Centre located in Merewether.

To fill your day you will;
- Carry out building and grounds maintenance including gardening
- Supervise and mentor Maintenance Staff and contractors attending the site
- Complete regulatory equipment checks
- Assist with general labouring, site clean up and support services
- Complete computer tasks requiring technical capability (Microsoft Office)

To be successful in the role you will have;
- Demonstrated experience in the management and planning of building and grounds maintenance, including proven strong safety knowledge and skills
- An understanding of building compliance and certification
- Drivers licence, Covid Immunisation, WHS knowledge
- Aged Care site experience a definite advantage (but not necessary)

Requirements of the role:

- Current Drivers Licence
- Full Covid Vaccination (including booster)
- Current Flu Vaccination if applicable
- NSW NDIS screening check
