built by EPS is a building company. We are seeking a motivated & hardworking team player to join our dedicated construction team.
- Assessment of repair works required
- Minor render, plaster & ceiling repairs
- Minor tiling repairs
- Minor painting repairs & touch ups
- Other general carpentry, trade & labour repairs
- Proven experience, in one or more areas such as Carpentry, Gyprock Repairs, Painting, Bricklaying, Tiling, Rendering and General Maintenance
- Demonstrated experience in and knowledge of the Remedial Building Industry.
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team, building strong relationships with clients, suppliers and other team members
- Strong communication skills
- High level attention to detail & aptitude for problem solving
- Able to maintain a neat and tidy appearance
- Full Time Employee OR Subcontractor. Immediate start available operating Monday - Friday

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Caringbah, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
