**About the Role**:
As a result of a focus on expanded services and new business development, we require an additional Business Solution Provider (Sales) to join our influential Sales Team.

This full-time, permanent sales position is based at our Panorama site and reports to the Group Sales Manager.

The Business Solutions Provider is required to secure profitable sales from new and existing customers via prospecting (canvassing for new business), new enquiry conversion and the servicing and development of an existing portfolio of customers.

Other key responsibilities include:

- Identify and approach prospective new customers daily, converting leads into profitable sales
- Nurture existing relationships and seek out new opportunities to drive business growth
- Collaborate on business tenders and contracts, ensuring success in every endeavour
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly KPI’s and sales targets
- Attend networking functions/opportunities when required
- Provide invaluable insights for new product and service development based on client interaction

**About You**:
Ideally you will have previous sales experience, but the main requirement for this role is the drive, tenacity, and passion to build a successful sales career in a role that contributes to the community. Other knowledge, skills and attributes include:

- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
- Strong organisational, multi-tasking and time management skills
- Have a positive attitude towards people with disability

For this role, the following documents must be provided prior to a formal offer of employment with Bedford.
- A National Police Clearance (no older than six months old)
- Driver’s Licence
- NDIS worker screening clearance, or other NDIS approved clearance to work in the disability sector
- Evidence of right to work in Australia
- 100 points of identification
