**Overview**

**Responsibilities**:
Manage day-to-day cafe operations
Uphold hygiene and safety standards
Develop marketing ideas to drive customer engagement
Handle FOH roster efficiently
Utilize good accounting practices
Familiarity with POS and analytical tools
Work collaboratively with the back of house team
Demonstrate excellent barista skills
Develop and implement a beverage program

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience as a Cafe Manager
Fast and neat working style
Exceptional hosting and hospitable skills
Strong communication skills
Familiarity with accounting methods
Proficient in POS systems and analytical tools
Ability to work well with a diverse team
Barista skills are a must
Understanding of food and beverage trends
