As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced **CFX Lead (Multimedia Specialist)** to join our team.

**Position Overview**The **CFX Lead** will play a key role in managing and delivering high-quality simulations, dynamics, and effects, overseeing the creative and technical direction of the team. You’ll collaborate with artists, technical directors, and other departments to ensure the smooth integration of CFX assets into our productions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the creation of dynamic simulations, including particle effects, cloth, fluid, and rigid body dynamics, characters etc.
- Collaborate with other departments (lighting, rendering, and animation) to integrate CFX into final shots.
- Supervise a team of CFX artists, providing guidance, feedback, and mentorship.
- Ensure the technical quality and artistic integrity of all CFX work produced.
- Develop and refine workflows, tools, and pipelines to improve CFX production processes.
- Work closely with supervisors and producers to meet deadlines and maintain high production standards.

**Skills & Experience Required**:

- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar CFX role, preferably in the VFX or animation industry.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Graphics, Animation, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred. Alternatively, at least five years of relevant experience.
- Strong experience with industry-standard CFX software (e.g., Houdini, Maya, blender, etc.).
- Proven experience leading a team and managing complex projects.
- Solid understanding of simulation techniques, dynamics, and integration with rendering pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $115,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
