**This Opportunity**:
We are currently seeking**Home Support Workers**to join our team of committed and passionate professionals. We have casual positions available with a variety of shifts and across all sites. There may be opportunities to move to part time roles in the future. Flexibility with regards to availability would be greatly appreciated.** Our community sites are located in the following areas**:

- Woodville
- Paradise and Manningham
- Marion
- Noarlunga
- Elizabeth
- Mount Gambier, Millicent and Naracoorte
- Murray Bridge, Strathalbyn and Port Elliot
- Loxton

**A little more about the role**:

- You will provide warm and responsive care services to our valued clients in their homes
- You will assist clients with a variety of tasks, this may include cooking, housework, or assistance with showering
- You may also assist with supporting your clients to stay connected to the community and this may involve shopping, and or appointments out and about in the community
- You will develop professional and meaningful relationships with all stakeholders, our clients, their families and members of your team
- You will maintain accurate and comprehensive notes, and you will report any changes or concerns to your manager within expected timeframes

**About you**:

- You may have experience in caring for others in aged care or elsewhere in the community
- You have empathy, a caring nature and a strong understanding of what is required to support the needs of older people - you put your clients first each and every time
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and know how to build relationships based on trust and commitment
- You will strive to provide a high quality service and support to our older clients, living independently in their own homes
- You have a drivers licence and a reliable, insured vehicle
