**About the Role**

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to join the team at our **Sheridan South Wharf Outlet.**

**_ This is a full-time position working an average of 38 hours per week. This role is a fixed-term contract ending on 30th June 2025. _**
- Lead and inspire your team to achieve budgets, KPIs and targets
- Drive a high performing team, that are committed to providing exceptional customer service
- Coach your team through product knowledge, using your passion for selling
- Maintain store operations including stock management and VM
- Previous experience in people management, coaching and delivering feedback is ideal
