**Financial Analyst**

**Key Responsibilities**: Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for:
- Providing relevant and accurate analytical review of the Group’s data and key performance metrics.
- Preparation of monthly variance analysis including commentary on tracking actual financial performance against budget.
- Supporting the month end close process, and work closely with the wider Finance team to ensure month end processes are executed in an accurate and timely manner.
- Support in compiling the annual budget and quarterly forecasts.
- Co-ordination and preparation of board reporting for the Group
- Analysis and contribution of key drivers and KPI’s for the business
- Maintaining our BI reporting tool including dashboards, user maintenance, hierarchy and account mapping changes and liaising with our external provider
- Ad hoc projects as required
- A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a in a large, corporate environment
- Tertiary qualifications in Business and/or Commerce
- Strong analytical ability with an emphasis on providing insight and recommendations using financial information
- Experience in the development of financial models
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with both financial and non-financial audiences
