Storeperson - Timber and Hardware

**Who we are**:
Mobility Access Modifications services specialise in the installation of grab rails, door magnets, shower seats, safety hinges, and 1/4 taps. We manufacturer solutions such as ramps, platform steps, and shower base inserts. Medium-sized renovations such as stepless showers, custom-built ramps and steps, concrete works, as well as onsite banister railings and door modifications.

We are looking for a switched on Storeperson who understands timber, hardware and all the above.

**What you’ll do**:

- Assist our trades first in loading/ unloading vans to ensure a smooth transition and mínimal loading times
- Warehouse stock, and all stock movements plus the condition of the warehouse, site, and equipment
- Stock management including, but not limited to, correct (stock) quantity by type, location, size, and in a “fit for purpose” condition
- Ensure all inventory movements are accounted for, being tracked, traced and up to date.
- General cleanliness with a safety awareness for the warehouse

**Who you are**:

- 3+ years as a Storeman
- Experience with timber/timber products/hardware highly regarded
- Current forklift license
- Driver’s license and own car
- Adequate numerical and written skills to allow accurate stock count
- Physically fit for some heavy lifting
- A comprehensive understanding of safety procedures
- A good team player
- Excellent work ethic
- Good experience with computers and standard software
