**Salary**: $50 per hour

Location: Derrmuit
- Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification: Driving License, Certified Carpenter (mandatory)

Experience: 2years (mandatory)

Work Authorisation: permanent work rights with no restrictions Australia (required)

Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday (weekly ongoing)

Work Location: In person.

**About Client**

We are seeking experienced skilled qualified **Site Foreman / Construction - Lead Hand**

**The responsibilities will include**:

- Project Management: Coordinate and supervise all on-site activities, including scheduling, subcontractor management, and resource allocation.
- Safety: Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Implement safety measures to protect the team and the site.
- Quality Control: Monitor work quality and ensure that it adheres to the project plans, specifications, and industry standards.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the construction team, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with project managers, clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly and efficiently, making decisions that keep the project on track.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records, including daily logs, progress reports, and incident reports.
- Cost Management: Assist in controlling project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Proven experience as a Site Foreman or similar role in the construction industry.
- Holds a VIC Builders License.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and safety regulations.
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools
- Certification in Carpentry or construction

- Physical fitness and health to perform the job.
- Ability to communicate with others and work in a team environment.
- Experience working in precast formwork carpenter.
- A valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle for transportation to the factory.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
