Rotating roster for 8.5 hour work day (open from 7am - 6pm)

**Description**
- We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Early Childhood Diploma Qualified Educator for our service. The role would include:

- Working in the role as a floater across all rooms
- Create stimulating opportunities, experiences and activities for children, which will allow them to learn, explore and discover within the framework.
- Work collaboratively with a supportive team of educators, staff and parents to optimise the success of the program.
- Regularly add to the children’s portfolios
- Work as part of a team to create a safe, supportive, welcoming, and caring environment for the children.
- Bring innovative ideas into the service.
- To have good working knowledge of the National Quality Frameworks including the National Quality Standards, whilst also having a good understanding of the Early Years Learning Frameworks
- Having an understanding of Te Whariki, as well as the willingness to explore and learn about theorists and new ways of documentation/planning.
- Have a good understanding of the Child Safe Standards
- Contribute regularly to the service’s Quality Improvement Plan
